"Yoga for You" Workshop in Blaine

Come join Chloe Meyer for her "Yoga for You" workshop to learn how to tailor your yoga practice to your body. Chloe will focus on foundation poses (sun A, sun B, warriors, a twist, a balancing pose, forward fold, backbend, etc.) and when to stay and when to stop according to your body. The class will utilize props to show you how to use them to make poses more accessible or feel better in your body. The class will move a little slower through but still hold poses to really challenge your body. Sunday, January 25th at our Blaine Studio 12:30 pm Cost: $25/person
