Blaine Triathlon with Crossfit Rigor

Join us and Crossfit Rigor for our 2nd Triathlon at the Blaine Studio!

Saturday, June 18th starting at 8:30 am

Crossfit Rigor, Run/Jog/Walk and Heat A
Start your weekend off with a 45 minute Crossfit Rigor class, designed to increase muscular strength and decrease fat, followed by a 1.5 mile run/jog/walk, and finish balanced and detoxed with a 45 minute Heat A. Each leg of the triathlon will last 30-45 minutes.
