New offering of Yoga Sculpt Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am!!!

This fun yet challenging class is a fusion of yoga and strenth training. Though intense, this class is designed for all fitness levels and ages. Sculpt will tone and shape your body by targeting major muscle groups through anaerobic movements and compound training. You will need to bring your own set of 2-4 lbs. dumbbell weights and a mat to class. Be prepared to have fun, sweat and move your body!!

This therapuetic practice is beneficial for all levels of ability.

 Important Notice: By signing up for class at least one hour prior to class starting, we will guarantee your spot until 10 minutes before class. If you are not here by the 10 minute mark, your spot will be given to the first person waiting. Open spots will be first come, first serve.  Why rush?  Come early and enjoy your practice!
