Jeanne Clauer

Jeanne Clauer

Growing up I was very active and participated in sports. I got married, had a beautiful daughter and my focus quickly changed to taking care of my family. As the years passed, my age and weight inched up and I realized I couldn’t do all the things I used to. It wasn’t until my mom became ill and passed away that I realized it was time to take care of ME! At the age of 50, I hired a personal trainer and began working out 3 days a week. I lost weight and inches and felt so much better. With the support of my family and the encouragement of my trainer, I became a Certified Personal Trainer over 3 years ago and currently do in home personal training. I was introduced to hot yoga in the spring of 2010. I was surprised and pleased how yoga complimented my weight training regimen increasing my flexibility, balance and strength. I found yoga to be therapeutic, and learning how to breathe correctly further helped relax my mind and body. I love people and wondered how I could get involved. In April 2011, I received my Prenatal Certification from Blooma and currently teach the Relaxation class at Heat Studio and Prenatal Yoga at Synergy in White Bear Lake. I am thrilled to be part of the Heat family.
Take control of your life…it’s never too late to start!

Jordy Feiger

Jordy Feiger

Before Jordys first yoga class she remembers thinking “This is going to be easy”. Fifteen minutes later her muscles were shaking and she was sweating. After a year went by she stepped into her first Bikram class and was absolutely hooked. Actively seeking out challenges that push her to the edge, she discovered that yoga not only gave her physical benefits, but started to bring joy and clarity into her life.
Throughout Jordys journeys in different countries and languages she knew she had to share the gifts of yoga with others. Completing Hot Yoga training with Corepower Yoga in 2010 is by no means an end. Continuing her practice and studying the 8-limbs of yoga is a daily blessing for her. Sharing her knowledge and passion with others is an honor for her.

It's important to me to help people understand what an effective tool yoga is for those trying to live happier and healthier lives.

I'm excited to get to know and have the privilege of teaching some Minnesotan yogis. See you in the studio!

Jennifer Lee

Jennifer Lee

Jennifer took her first yoga class about 10 years ago. She liked the fact that she could actually slow down and still get a good workout. As a mother of 3, yoga was a really nice break and she did as much of it as she could. Jennifer’s hunger to learn more grew. So, she signed up for a yoga journal conference and took classes with Shiva Rea, Sean Corn, Cindy Lee, and other nationally known teachers. Shortly after she got back, Jennifer signed up for yoga teacher training through yogafit and started teaching in the year 2004 at Lifetime Fitness.

Her desire to teach and learn has continued to grow. She has taken the 200 hour training at Corepower, completed trainings through Lifetime Fitness, and continues to take classes as much as possible.

The connection between the breath and body/mind/spirit has altogether transformed her life and opened her eyes to the beauty that is in everyone and everything. In 2008 she began practicing Hot Yoga. In the beginning of her yoga practice she was drawn to its cardiovascular intensity and its low impact physical benefits, but subsequently found that she was sleeping better, was more relaxed and had more energy during the day. In the spring of 2011 Ashley completed the CorePower Yoga 200 hour Hot Yoga & Hot Power Fusion Teacher Training. She is thrilled to share her love of yoga with her students.
