Heat Yoga Studio is a community based studio offering heated and non-heated yoga classes for students of all levels. Our diverse program includes classes like HOT Yoga (104-105 Degrees), Warm 75 (98-100 Degrees), Yoga 101(No Heat), Restorative Yoga(No Heat), Gentle Flow (Warm), and Yoga Sculpt. We begin bright and early for those who practice before work and hold classes conveniently 7 days per week. Heat Yoga is committed to providing high quality instruction in a welcoming, loving and respectful environment. Whether you’re looking for a good sweat, deep stretch or a mental recovery flow there’s something for everyone.

Attention Groupon Holders:
Please create a profile online and then STOP and call the studio. We will sign you up for your first class. When you come to that first class, bring the groupon with you. We will credit the amount of classes to your account at that time. If you have a yoga mat, bring it with you and if you don't we have them for $1 to rent. Bring a bath or a beach sized towel, a hand towel and a bottle of water. Be prepared to fall in love with Heat Yoga!!
